| Reine i Lofoten |
In 2019 and again in 2022 I toured the Lofoten Islands in Northern Norway. This string of 7 islands are situated 170 km north of the Arctic Circle in the county of Nordland. My route was taking a 3.5 hour ferry from Bodø to Moskenes at the south island and then driving north to Narvik and back to Bodø. These islands are a paradise for hiking, cycling, kayaking, fishing, camping, photographers and sightseeing too!
I just want to share a few photos that show the amazingly beautiful Lofoten! Tripadvisor listed it in the top 10 places to visit in 2022. Hope you enjoy some of these images from June 2022.

These stone steps were built by the Sherpas from Nepal. The Sherpas are very expert working with stone to make a lasting addition to many trails in Norway! |
